im a redwings fan, but they've been playing like Crap!
do they have any playoff chance?

Here's the irony.. they are 500.. they look alot like the team that started 5-5-1 several years back and everyone was asking what's wrong wioth the Wings.. that team ended up winning the Cup.. This team appears to have as many holes as any Red Wing team has in the past.. every night they are going to have to work for points..
I think this team has a better chance of success in the playoffs than teams of the past that breezed thru the regular season only to struggle in the playoffs.. I think the ings will finish in the top 8 in the division, exactly where is a crap shoot.. and I would not be surprised if they are better primed for the playoffs because of their regular season struggles..

well in the Central division its allot harder then it was last year, when you consider the Wings playing the Blackhacks, Bluejackets and the St-Louis Blues 8 times that's allot of points that the Wings got out of those 3 teams last year Nashville was the only team in that division that gave the Wings a though time. but the Blackhawks, Bluejackets and Blues are a different team this year and the Wings wont be getting those easy points as they did last year. but they will still make the playoffs but how far is Hasek going play this year, one bad move and it could be over for him so yes to making playoffs but if Hasek is injured by then they wont get out of the first round sorry.

They will definitely make the playoffs. Don't worry about a couple of bad losses in October where they played nearly half the game shorthanded.

At the rate they're going their chances are pretty slim! 13 penalties in one game!!! It's still early. I think they will make the playoffs but I'm not sure they will make it very far.
