The most NOBLE profession does not revolve around money. They are not necessarily the jobs that pay the most. They are the jobs that help further humanity the most. Such jobs involve a devotion to TRUTH & JUSTICE.

a teacher work as an a light for a student. i am a teacher, i treat all of the students as my own. students love teachers and vice versa. the profession of a teacher is a noble profession. it gains respect and love of others.

Any profession could be called noble if the definition includes the persons character and bearing in regard to their treatment of others.
And executioner could be referred to as noble if he did his job with kind words and a steady hand..

Noble would mean that they do it out of self sacrifice and not for the money so this rules out doctor and cop. I would have to say soldier or teacher because the things they go through are worth much more than what they are paid.
