Remember that the brain is a muscle...use it or loose it! Care for your whole self by eating and resting well. Take a multi-vitamin/mineral. Add a supplement of Zinc...Zinc makes you think...studies of Jr. and High Schoolers and tests and I think it was 25mg of Zinc on board prior showed marked improvements in test results.

Omega 3 fatty acids has long been considered "brain food" and studies have shown that this may be true. These fatty acids are necessary to keep your brain in top shape. Research has shown that omega 3 fats are important for brain development. They also protect your brain from damage or heals it after damage occurs.
There is also a product called Clarity which enhances memory learning functions, increases blood flow to the brain, increases attention span, focus and concentration.
I take both the Advanced Omega and Clarity along with a very good multivitamin (Nutra-Pack) and the difference in my memory and concentration is amazing. I also give these products to my children and the improvement in their school work is incredible.
The ones I use are natural and are available here: www.symmetrydirect.com/zjohnson. Click on Products and you will get more information on them.

Assuming that you don't have a nutritional deficiency, there is no specific vitamin or nutritional supplement that will improve the brain you have. There's no "magic pill". Overall good nutrition and adequate exercise and sleep are really the best things that you can do. Improved memory, retention and mental agility can be increased through mental exercise and repetition. Knowing how you, yourself, learn best (auditory, visual, kinetic, or a combination) is a big help.

Nikken has an all natural supplement call Mental Clarity and people say it works great. I am going to include two links to the product the first will give you a 10% discount at no charge, the second will cost $49 to become a member (like Sam's or Costco) and you will get products at wholesale.

Here are some of my favorites; Acetyl L-Carnitine, NADH,lecithin granules, methylcobolamine and blueberries (which are also known as brain berries!). Stay away from the formulas because they are too low dosage in the effective ingredients.
