Please help me find a program that will stop these programs and the person from getting into my system again. Also isn't there a way for me to find out who accesed my computer and where from and all?

To get rid of these spyware run Adaware by lavasoft. And then the Norton antivirus.

And yes, before starting operation download the software (these two are free if downloaded from these site) install them, turn into the safe mode (Press f5 repeatedly till it gives u an option to get intot he safe mode.) Run the Adaware by lavasoft first and then the Norton.

AVG. grisoft.com is the best i found 2 stop hackers, spies and pop ups.. it will protect your comp like a mean dog and its free.. not a trial.. type free AVG. grisoft.com in your seach bar.. i had hackers in the passed using Mcafee and Norton..bummer eh.. AVG. is easy on your comp too : ) and after you have a good spyware on your comp, scan your comp and then change your password in mail account.. then go 2 control panel and click password or uses, which ever, and put in a password.. it will say old password, if you don't have a old password, leave that empty, and put in new password.. write down your passwords so you won't forget.. putting in a password 2 open your comp, helps stop hackers : )

get spyware doctor. You have to pay for it but it removes everything, virus, trojans adware. it was the only thing that worked for me. PC magazine's best in 2005. go to pctools.com
