I know American cars horns are in F but never heard of toilets. Base on audioics, the depth and size of the bowl would change the key. In the original War of the Worlds radio drama, a Mason jar with a metal lid was used in a dry toilet for the opening of the cylinder. The depth of the jar changed the sound and had to run several takes to get the right sound.
