If it hurts when you wee is it at the start or all the time or as you finish?
It could be a simple urine infection, is your urine a dark colour and does it smell, are you passing urine more frequently?
Your best off going to see your GP it may be embarrasing but they will see things like that on a daily basis so get it checked out.

by the asounds of it you could have a STD - one of the male symptoms is hurting when urinating and when having sex. It could be clamydia. Get it checked out. If thats the case you will be given 4 tablets to take and it clears up in a week.

The words are penis and urinate. I don't know what *** is supposed to mean. Pain on urination (dysuria) may be a sign of infection. The specific causative agent will have to be determined by a culture and sensitivity. See your physician for further evaluation and lab work.

Not sure what *** stands for, but pain at the end of the water pipe, can be a sign of infection. Go to your local GUM clinic.

Go see the doctor, it can be ANYTHING from a S.T.D. to just an irritation from other causes. Ask you doctor and see what he can recommend
