so is it really possible to genetically modify one's sperm or ovum and determine their colour hair, height potence, intelligence, skin colour, eye colour?

Yes, this is absolutely possible.

I would instead focus on more tangible changes though, that have a defenite health benefit such as familial predilection towards Heart Disease, Diabetes, Cancer, Mental Illness... You get the idea. Everything you mentioned above, save possibly intelligence, are very cosmetic and transitory. Any parent who spent more time thinking about those things would be a foolish parent indeed.

While big breasts are "in" now, they may not be in 20 years. Having heart disease however, is never cool.

No, you can only select for them. For example if two partners have only genes for brown eye color, they can't have a child with blue eyes. You can only select for certain genes that you already have. Even this costs lots of money. Also there is not 'intelligence' gene so its just depends on the environment the child is raised in.

I DON'T THINK THAT IS POSSIBLE! YET, BESIDES WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO MODIFY YOUR BABY'S LOOK JUST TAKE WJHAT YOU GET
