i like the original better. why is it that the country music peep take good songs and sing them with country music and expect them to be a hit? cant they be original? how many times have you heard a country song and it was originally a rock song? ALOT

I like them both. At first I didn't care for the Rascal Flatts version, but after hearing it so much it grew on me. Rascal Flatts can rock anything apparently.

Jeez, guy... is this a humorous tale? That music is undesirable. the unique Tom Cochran version grew to become into undesirable and Rascal Flatts made it even worse. Please, please, ask somebody right here for some musical flavor.
