What you need to go off of is the dealer invoice cost and add 3% (generally what the dealers will accept if you are a good haggler), also if you are trading in a used car you can use that as extra leverage as most dealerships make HUGE bank off of used cars as they can mark them up waymore than 20% from what they pay for them. So given that, here are the invoice costs and 3 percent added:

2007 Accord SE:
Manual transmission: 18,774 + 3%= 19,337.22
Auto transmission: 19,493 +3%= 20,077.79

Just in case you have the SE and VP (value package) mixed up here are the VP prices:
manual: 16,797 +3%= 17,300.91
auto: 17516 +3%=18041.48

So to answer your question, if you are trying to get the 07 SE with auto transmission, looks like an okay deal as long as that does not include your trade in value. But if that is their offer, try getting it in writing and shopping it around to see if it can get beat by another dealer.

Well, You may think that's a good deal now. But, A year from now it's going to be worth half that. When you buy a car like that be for damn sure that's the car you want.

It's a good deal - take it before someone else does.
