EXCELLENT book!! It tell's you EVERYTHING! It IS worth the $25 at your local bookstore! My closet friend (VC24) bought the book...2 month's later...she's pregnant! Good luck to you!

Yes, I read Taking Charge of your Fertility. I found it helpful in determining how to correctly chart basal body temperatures and to look for the signs of ovulation. We have an angel boy as a result!

Any research that you can do about infertility will help you. Fertility Specialists are busy people and don't always take the time to explain everything to you in enough detail. I found that knowing what was wrong and knowing as much as possible about it made the process much easier to handle. Good Luck!!

It is a decent book. I didn't find it all that helpful but that was just because I had researched about fertility and found probably 85% of what was in the book online. The best thing to do is save your money and go to fertilityfriend.com and you can find all the fertility info you need and want.

After a year of trying my Dr told me about the book.....I learned all kinds of stuff that I didn't know before about my body and about my cycle. There is alot of wrong out there......I had assumed alot of stuff based on what I believed to be true and it turned out that my timing was off......... after I got the book and figured out what we were doing wrong we got pregnant the very same month!
