Christmas is my favorite holiday! I love the lights and the festivities and generally everyone seems to be in a happy mood. I also like shopping for my family and friends and seeing their faces when they open the gifts, especially the children :)

Halloween! All the candy! All the fun costumes, you can be whoever or whatever you want to be! You get to see a bunch of cute little kids in cute costumes. I just like dressing up, what's more fun than a naughty maid?

Thanksgiving, for sure! It is a wonderful day that you spend with family but without the pressure and hassles of gift-giving and all the focus on the kids.

Norooz (which means new day).In Iran we are 13 days off at the begining of spring and on the 13th day everyone goes and visits nature.

Mother's Day...I get the traditional Mother's day breakfast in bed I've been getting for the last 20 years ...blueberry pancakes...bacon and coffee.
