i'm tryinh to lose weight my doctor told me to not eat after 7:00 incase it is a fruit or salad no fried foods and pasta bread etc starches i stared yesterday and i lost two pounds i ate 4 apples a salad workout on my treadmill and orange juice and breakfast.

1500 calories a day..have to count the calories to not gain weight.

You are choosing the right foods thus far.
To keep the weight off,stay away from anything WHITE-is full of calories & starches. Milk is white so use the skim or fat free milk,U need it for your bones and take a one a day vitamin (very important) for your overall health when dieting & losing weight.

Instead of 3 large meals eat 5 small meals
No eating after 7 is correct. The first 5 lbs are the easiest and it gets harder from there

fruits have a lot of sugar so go easy on those... eat meats like chicken and lots of veggies... and you can eat like a low fat cereal for breakfast with low fat milk. That's what I did and I lost 20lbs in about 2 months... and if you work out regularly you'll be fine!

i think you can have 2000.00 calories with getting fat your doing the right thing but drink fresh juice i mean homemade No suger added for some reason i alway gain whenever i drink any kind of juice make me fat maybe buz of to much suger and whtever
