Thats easy. In actaul Wrestleing talent. it would be
Rob Conway. The dude is a complete joke and has no Mic skills and not even a decent wrestler.
Cena. Its all about pushing the Hulk Hogan wanna be. The guy has great Mic Skills but cant wrestle him self outta a paper bag
And Lastly the King Of Overrated. The Huckster. I mean Hulkster. The guys matches are the same thing over and over. He doesnt do any huge moves and has been hitting the basics every time. He Is the king of the Mic but cant wrestle to save his life

I'll choose my worst based on absolute lack of mat skills and lack of showmanship...
It has to be almost all the female Divas on RAW with the exception of Victoria, Mickie James, Beth Phoenix, and Lita who have actual wrestling talent.
I throw the following on top of that pile... some are already gone from the WWE and wrestling elsewhere...

Luther Reigns
Tyson Tomko
Big Poppa Pump
coming in close to the worst: Batista... yeah he's big, he yells alot, and puts on a good show, but lack of mike skills and the fact that all it takes is to hit him and he's dazed puts him close to the worst with John Cena...who has the mike skills but not the matt skills. Add Nitro and Melina to that category as well.

Rey Mysterio (he is so small that each win is like a miracle.)
Kurt Angle (addicted to painkillers, for obvious reasons, I cant blame him for that, but also went all the way from the top to TNA)
Fake Kane (that character was a horrible idea, and the fact that he dissappeared made wrestling seem even less realistic)
