Medieval accounts of dragon-slayings differ. What emerges as truth is that the burn centres were poorly-staffed and often inadequate (in answer to your question).
One well done account, dealing with a flamer of a knight, displays rare insight in so far as it saucily states that "Although there was much at steak, there could be no worse fate for a knight dressed in plate armour than to be roasted out of bed to face a dragon in the middle of the knight at a fork in the road".

No. The hygiene was appalling. Most dragon slayers died of their wounds rather than face the excruiating pain of erupting pustules from the plague that they would inevitably contract if they allowed the leech appliers and urine drinkers that passed for doctors in those days get their warty disease riddled hands on them. Most dragon slayers were carbonized at first contact with a fire breathing reptilian, so this problem really didnt arise much.

No, since they never survived being burned.
The dragons had trauma wards and psych counseling for members of their community who were subjected to hate crimes by dragon slayers, however.

Love the question. Shows thinking outside the box. Of course there were no dragons (historically speaking).
