In relation to sports, I would say "Who let the dogs out" if the team is losing and if the team is winning "Whoop there it is". Just trying to find a spin on your question.

unless you're a fan of 'mysterious girl' by peter andre, or anything by nsync then play that instead.
if i were you though, i'd go for run dmc, coolio, warren g, lucy pearl even ll cool j, nas, jayz, 2pac, biggy & snoop before i'd go for any of those.
but if i was forced to. really forced to, like, either that or be bum-raped by a bunch of oversexed orangutangs then i guess it'll have to be "whoop there it is."
