You might need to enable Java Applets in Internet Options.

Go to "Tools" then "Internet Options" the the "Advanced" tab. In there are a number of options which can be enabled/disabled. Find the Java options are try selecting to see if it makes a difference.

First make sure you have the latest version of java installed.

Then you probably need to enable it in Interent Explorer. Go to Tools at the top then go to Internet Options. A window will pop up go to the Security tab at the top of that window and click the custom level button. Set the secuirty level to Low in the drop down box at the bottom and click Ok.

Now when your done with it I would set it back to medium cause of sercuity reasons.

You may need to download the Java software:

or go to your Control Panel and to Internet Options and then Advance. Scroll to to where you can enable Java, if you already have it.
