Yeah this happened 2mins down the road from me in Willington Quay, North Tyneside, tyne and wear. It happened on 27th dec last year. bloke got into house and abducted her from her bath, raped her and dumped her in a back lane. B*stard had the cheek to claim he was not gulity despite, mobile phone tracking forensic evidence and DNA. Anyway just earlier today he was found gulity, he hasnt been sentenced yet but i know some one who works in the courts and eveyone is certain that he's gonna get life, just wish life actually ment life now. He's disguisting and deserves all he gets. And can you believe he was already on the sex offenders register and this has been allowed to happen, whats going wrong with the system. i cant believe this has happened so close to me, i feel sick

The guy that kidnapped the girl out of the bath after just walking in her house. She was 6 but still it's totally sick and wrong. These are times when I wish we had the death penalty because I'm sure I'm not the only one who would love to see this guy and so many other sick peadophiles like these hung or shot! The little girl was dumped in a backalley naked on a December night and was hysterical luckily a guy heard her and quickly got her to the police who helped her. But imagine how this is going to affect the rest of her life. She's only six years old.

That child was in a bath when he took her and then left in the snow in Tyneside (N.E.England).
On Wednesday I went to a meeting with the Cleveland Criminal Justice Board (thats Teesside, a bit further down the coast) and a woman there representing Holme House prison said that prisons were not for punishment! She said that the punishment was in being found guilty and sent there and it was improper to make the sentence tough!!!
With official answers like that do I need to spell it out why there is so much crime?

No matter where or how you live, there is someone sick enough to try to destroy it. We as tired citizens should support our justice system in punishment. It ultimately comes down to being too scared to step out of line. In Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, there is the least amount of crime per capita and by region. Being caught spraying grafitti will get you 2 years in prison and there is no such thing as parole. Once they are done the time, they still have to pay back the system for the food they ate while confined, restitution for the cost of repairs, trial and other costs. In the US they get free food, cable Tv, and shortened sentences for good behavior. So if you are really good, you get out faster to do it again. What do they lose? Don't hide and be scared, fight back!! Tell your politicians what you want, tell your judges how their liberal decisions are hurting you nd they won't be employed muchlonger with these decisions and be proactive in the defense of your community,

My boyfriend's mother was viciously attacked and raped by a paedophile when she was 9 years old back in 1972 (her story was in Take a Break magazine this week if anyone' interested! The Winter Special).
The week after this attack the same man raped and murdered a 5 year old girl.
The pain and misery caused by this evil piece of crap is immeasurable.
And he went free for 34 years. He was only arrested recently, after another sex attack on a child (God knows how many children he has attacked over the years).
And these people just geta few years in jail and are then let out. "Care in the Community" etc. They have to have their "human rights" respected blah blah blah. What about the rights of the children whose lives they destroy?
I think we should bring back the Death Penalty for these monsters.
EDIT: Yeah the only consolation about them getting jail rather than the death penalty is that they will get the shite liberally kicked out of them in jail by their fellow inmates.

This poor girl will be mentally scared for life. If ever there was justification to bring back "Capital Punishment" it"s for crimes like this, Rest assured though, for when he gets into prison he will be a target for all the lags. Someone will get him, they won"t kill him, just give him a severe beating, and when he"s recovered, give him another one. No doubt the authorities will try to give him protection 24/7 but the lags will get to him just as they have with that bastard Huntley. I just hope the young girl recovers to lead a normal life,

That the kind of low life's our police know about and they don't lock them and throw the key away for them kind.
it's the bank robber's who get a big lump of a sentence over a poxe few pounds in grands that they want to lock away,but not them kid raper's.they can walk the streets in a few years time,and hurt some more kid's oh no no that's alright know why because they are better then the bank robber's.
we all should take the law in our own hands and do them in for hurting a kid.
them kind should be nutted away,right away.the amount of innocent people locked away are still going on but the one's who realy hurt kids are still living amoungst us and we all arew still blind.not many have the face to put them away for life.free that great train robber,and put this pig in his place,the great train robber did not rap any kid's.but he's coming out in his coffin.

its a nitemare only thing its happning when we all got our eyes open during the day.in doors in our own home's they come and take our kids away.
please please let them lock him in a mental place he don't deserve to be sent down with the remaining beasts because they tell each other what they have done on the outside and it turn's them on listning to each others stories.

i grew up doing and going were i wanted without fear of all these bloody pedos,now i wouldn't let my daughter cross the door or leave the front,its just not safe anymore i don't care what anybody thinks,society has broken down.the freaks are running the asylum

the reason why it happens so much is because our system has become sissified....we have all these human rights activists fighting for the rights of people like that. If it were my country I would dish out punishment as bad if not as worse as they have done. Instead they go to jail, get tv, food, clothes and gym for free. Free healthcare and make money by writting a book and have all these specialists analyse them
