They take measurements during your ultrasound. They know how big your baby should be at certain times and then predict your due date. They're usually pretty much on. They do give you a week before and a week after as leeway. When the baby want's to come it will regardless of due dates!!

Ultrasounds are generally pretty accurate, especially when you get more than one, but babies come when they want to.

Sometimes but the doctor calculates it usaully and they will tell you your due date.. BUT it depends on the baby when he/she wants to come...
