The minimum value for the side length is 6.805 cm; anything less, and 6.81 would not be correct to 3 sf. Just multiply that by four to find the lower bound for the the square's perimeter.

6.805 is the lowest 3sf for 6.81
perimeter of the square is 4 times 6.805 = 27.220
you can say 27.219 as 3 sf is required
