Baby doll, you can keep complaining about your situation but its not going to make it any better.

You have to learn to enjoy new things in your life. You are one grade closer to graduation. And unless you want to repeat that grade and take one more year to finish school, you'd better just focus on DOING your school work instead of talking about how much you CANT do your school work.

It is hard, but its life. If you dont learn how to get through it now, you'll never survive high school.

Every year of school is only as bad as you make it. You need to decide for yourself that you're not a complainer, and that you are smart and do your work without a fight.

Your making it hard on yourself. I've seen all your questions on here, and I know just what you're going through.

You're doing it to yourself. Focus on your work and get it done. Summer will be back soon enough.

I just want to tell you that I thought middle school was absolutely awful. (It was 7th and 8th grade for me.) Everyone is mean, and snotty, and school is actually hard for once after leaving elementary. 7th was definetely worse than 8th tho, because then you were at least older than a lot of the kids and you knew what was going on more and how things work. Part of it is that its still new and you arent comfortable yet, and part of it is that this is a realllllly hard age to go through. You and everyone else is growing up and changing, and no one is really sure how to adjust. Some people adjust by being mean and catty (because THEY are insecure and don't want anyone to know), and some people get sad and depressed. Keep your head up, its a hard adjustment but you can do it. Keep organized - use a planner and check it daily to make sure you are getting done what you need to. High school is a blast! You have that to look forward to! Good luck!

It is an adjustment. Personally 7th and 8th grade were the worst for me. Not because of homework, but how the kids acted. It's like they want to be grown up, but they're not and they don't know how to act socially. I suggest studying with your friends, even if you don't have class at the same times, I'm sure some of them have the same classes/teachers. Just do your best, that's all you can do. You'll adjust to the new requirements.

School / Work / Life is what you make out of it. I would give anything to be back in school...even 7th grade. It is hard growing up and I would have to guess at the grade you gave us, you are starting to go through or are in the middle of puberty. Take it easy, give it a chance...use your head and make good choices...it will get better. Study hard and you will be proud of yourself which is the greatest reward there is.

I am in my 30's now and sweetie, I HATED the 7th grade.
It was my worst year ever. But, hold on, because 8th grade is so much better. You are not at the bottom, you are close to high school and you rule the school.
You are used to the demands and not so overwhelmed. Teachers also tend to be more lax on you because they are not trying to toughin you up like they do in 7th.

Take Heart!!! It will get better, I promise.

NO, 7th grade wan't bad at all. I understand how you get all the homework, if you get study hall work hard in there. I had a great time in 7th grade i know it is boring if you don't like school. Just relax you'll get through it and i know you will have a great time in 8th grade.

I'm in 8th grade. I have at least 4 hours every night of home work and 6 tests a week. I hate school too.

I'm in 8th grade now, and it rocks, compared to 7th. In 7th grade it was like, I was always in trouble with my parents, the work was alot harder than elementary, and I was one newbie...

This years has been better, but still, I'm feeling next year will be worse than any years yet :(
