No, only those whose Fate Karma requires them to operate from the second lowest Chakra in the body. If lucky, this Karmic need will not be prolonged, and those who are addicted will be able to rise above such a low stage of consciousness.

No some peole have a sex addiction but if they take some kind of meds they most likely control over the sex drive.
