If you want that is great. But having been there and know what is there, be careful. Many of the women there want nothing to do with americans or other outsiders. The ones that do re looking for money, travel papers, or a very very slim few a legitimate relationship. Thailand is well known by us Ex-Pats as the place to go to get a piece after being 8 months in the desert, some fall in love and marry (we call this sand blindness) then they get screwed after she is in the US and has everything she needs to stay there.

It depends. If she is in her native country money is bad and prostitution is legal. It makes for a bad combination of western ideas on morality and health issues.
The Asian cultures are different not better or worse just different. As a westerner you should treat a woman with respect. A native Thai girl knows respect differently. Be careful and be nice.
