Who is the Executor of the will? Are you the only heir? Assuming you do not have to go through probate court, and that the will is not contested, and that the will is valid, and that there are no other heirs, and that there aren't debtors to be settled with first....... it will take about 3-6 months to settle.

Talk to an attorney...but you will have to Probate the will ...any ways specs change according to country
