Stop saying what you can't do and do it. Leave your Aunt alone..I no gas is high, but it's not that damn high where she has to charge a striving college student to go places.Put her on ice for a while.. You can ride the bus the have little fold able bags on wheels you see in France,China, hell even in Canada, New York.. Invest in one the run about 10.00.. That way if you take the bus you can haul your stuff with ease... You can do anything you want and need to do.. Stop depending on people and become more independent.. Having a car is not the new beginning it's a start but until then girl, improvise and work it out !!!

I know its hard but you can only get so much at a time ride the bus. Or maybe put a flier up in the common room and ask if anyone is going to the store and I will pay however much for gas and see if someone responds. And your Aunt is trifling

I was reading some of your questions and i just think maybe you are not ready for college...maybe you should move back with your parents or where ever you lived when you were in high school and go to a school local that you can take the bus to and not have to worry about a car and as for food well if you live at home you don't need to worry about that!

1. get a part time job
2. can you really afford a cell phone?? (check out Virgin Mobile. you can pay for use only, not a high monthly fee like the other guys.
3 make frequent trips to the store, get only what you can carry. take the bus.
4. and even though you didn't ask, set a strict budget and follow it.

Well the bus is your only choice, or check with your friends and see when they are going to the store and ride with them. Or give your aunt a little gas money.

"I can't, I can't, I can't"..... YES you can. Its not your aunts responsibility to take care of you.... its' yours. You have no problem paying a credit card bill....but you can't pay for your own transportation???? Where are your priorities? Ever heard of student loans? An old banger that you can pick up for a couple hundred dollars? Work study jobs don't take that many hours.... try a second job. Take responsiblity for yourself. I did it.... full time college, work study job, part time job outside of school.... and had kids to boot.... no sympathy for you from me.

Welcome to adulthood, hun. $300.00 a month for credit card, cell phone, and food, eh? Why not give up the credit card and cell phone? These are luxuries that you're obviously not able to afford.
