The Satyr is Greek figure that is half-man and half-goat. A popular Greek character Satyr is Pan. (If you see the Disney animated feature Hercules - Phil is a Satyr)
However, the Faun is the Roman name of a Satyr - Mr. Tummus is the character in Narnia that is a Faun.
Also Half Horse Half Man is Centaur. (You can catch a lot of these in Xena: Warrior Princess.) The Centaur is a mythical Greek Figure as well.
There is a whole set of monsters and mythical breeds everywhere. Here's a list of some:
Pegasus: Winged Horse
Unicorn: Mythical Horse with Horn on the Forehead.
Sphinx: It had the body of a lion and the upper part of a woman

Chimaera: The fore part of its body was a lion and the goat, and the hind part a dragon's.
Dragon: a mythical creature typically depicted as a large and powerful serpent or other reptile, with magical or spiritual qualities.
Pygmies: were a nation of dwarfs
Griffin: is a monster with the body of a lion, the head and wings of an eagle, and back covered with feathers.
Phoenix: a mythical bird that dies in flames and is reborn from the ashes
