Yeah i have a cycle with this The week before i am constantly wanting to snack on everything in sight but nothing hits the spot and then i all of a sudden don't feel hungry anymore, and the next day I start. It's not an excuse. I think it must be a hormonal thing due to the fact that nothing i eat really fills me up.

There have been studies that women tend to burn more calories between ovulation and menstruation (but this does not apply to those who are on the Pill), and your body responds to this by sending signals for you to eat more.

Drinking lots of water and doing exercise will help. But if you want that piece of chocolate, go for it girl!

ABSOLUTELY!!! I personally go two weeks where I eat everything in sight and then go two weeks where I don't have much of an appetite. It's not an excuse, they just don't understand us!!

Oh yeah - there are months that I just can't stop eating. Tell your boyfriend that until he suffers from PMS on a monthly basis, keep his opinions to himself. He has no clue!
