I don't think this guy is an a hole. He's just another guy that has personal issues much like the rest of us. Like someone else said, they call him Hollywood, naturally, because he is a former USC quarterback.
He's a good player and will probably be great in the long run. Just because he has talent and money doesn't mean he's a jerk.
As far as the girlfriend thing goes. That's not the first time that has happened, I mean everyone, not just NFL players. Plus it's not like he does have the funds to help her out. But more importantly, that his personal life who gives a $h!t?
The reason I respect the guy is because he is no different from you or me. Read the ESPN article that was published after he decided to stay for his senior season. He's just a regular guy.
Besides, have you ever thought about this? Aside from the one or two superstars on each NFL roster, who makes up the team? about fifty other guys who spend 7-8 hours a day working out study film going to practice. The NFL is filled with way more hardworking players than premadonnas. Think about it.

Whether or not he is a good quarterback has nothing to do with being an ******. Since I have never had a personal experience with him, I cannot say whether he is or isn't. However, the Hollywood nickname was given to him after he replaced his old agent, Lee Steinberg, because he thought that he was going to get a better deal from the NFL team that drafted him by using a hard nosed agent rather than good guy Steinberg. The ploy backfired when a lot of teams passed on him for this very reason and his position in the draft plummeted, resulting in a smaller initial contract.

i admire this youngster. he's no longer perfect, yet he's dependable and a damn stable qb. i'm no longer a cardinals fan, yet am an eternal supporter, or perhaps although I hated gazing USC play us in the time of the Leinart/Bush/White seasons, I knew i develop into gazing some great expertise on the alternative sideline. i do no longer understand each and all of the cardinals followers who bypass up in palms each and every time the call Leinart is invoked, professing your displeasure with him quarterbacking your team? Leinart develop into an excellent qb at USC and has had a number of years to assessment at the back of Warner and study from him. while his form is talked approximately as, he would be waiting to bypass.

First of all he led USC all the way to the Rose Bowl and he was one of the best QB's that USC has had in a long time. He's got potential to be a great QB. So really man, check out his last year stats. I think he may need some time though to get comfortable. But potentially a SUPER BOWL QB!!!!!!!

yes, i was thinking the same thing watching the game on monday night. he seems like hes let his success go to his head. i am totally rooting for him having a career ending injury, so he won't be hollywood anymore. hes totally dick. after the loss in national championship game he said that USC was better team than Texas. that shows how much overconfidence this guy has.

Yeah, he definitely puts out that kinda vibe. Upon getting beat by Texas at the Rose Bowl this past January, at his post game interview, he said something to the effect of, "We're still the better team," or something like that. Dude, if you were the better team, you wouldn't have lost! Yeah, he's a typical spoiled rich-boy.

Its a pretty cool nickname if u ask me. Why would u judge sum1 when u dont even know them. U wanna make speculations how bout this. He waited on the NFL in order to finish his college career, how often do u hear of that happenning.

Wait..an NFL guy got an ex-girlfriend pregnant and this is news to you. Then 99% of the players in the NFL are ******* by your definition.
Hollywood is his nickname because he went to USC which is near hollywood.
He's just a football player who cares what kind of person he is as long as he throws the football properly.

He actually never liked the name Hollywood. From what I've seen, he seems like a very quite, sincere guy.
