I would and do give when-ever, and where-ever I can. That can expand from helping a friend through the loss of a relative, to smiling at a commuter on the same highway I'm driving on. It doesn't take much effort to be considerate to another person. It does take a lot of effort and energy to display anger. I prefer to spend my time being kind to others.

Strange it may seem , the time that you spend to help others will directly relate to the time that others spent on your wellbeing.

Life , many times , works like the Credit/debit basis.. Everyone ( or shall we say , nearly everyone?) wants to build up credit with others in helping so that he/ she would feel comfortable. With that credit you start to accept help from the others. This credit /debit is NOT related to monetary help. here we talk of all kinds of help, physical, emotional, monetary....

As much as I can, but after taking time for myself too... If I don't have well being myself, I can hardly help others!!

So I have to build myself first well, to be able to help others too!

I'd give all my life-time if I can help someone stay well... it's my utmost pleasure to be able to help people and when I do...I don't ask for anything in return unless it's a smile...

Stay safe. - Maryam

None. My life is all I have, and the circumstances of someone else's well being is greatly their own fault, if not totally.
