boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. don't type it in if you still want to play the game by the rules though.

Press CTRL + SHIFT + C to access the cheat window, then enter the following:

motherlode 50,000 simoleans
boolprop constrainFloorElevation false Allows you to change elevation of floor tiles.

Be warned if you use the blooprop codes, they can mess up your game, but codes like off/on aging and more money don't.
