Well some people can but they don't know it. Others can't but they think they can. This second type is either the saddest or the most successful depending on the situation. They either try and fail miserably or they get things done when every law of nature says they shouldn't.
The thing is anybody can do anything, most of us are either to scared or to smart or to stupid to try.
