I am starting to feel tired around 7 pm, i have never felt so worn out before in my life. I have been active doing soccer, and a lot of homework on top of that, and other activities, could it be causng a tiredness and then not being able to get up in the morning, what would you suggest that I do to not feel so tired and worn out?

Start taking vitamins. Eat more veggies. Drink gatorade or a energy drink. Try your hardest to give yourself at least 10 min to yourself and just sit there and relax a little.

Could be stress!! Or depending on your age, you could be growing and that can make you tired! Keep exercising and maintain a healthy diet. Also try taking some vitamins.

Are you eating right. Have you checked your iron level. Get a checkup, you could have glandular or hormonal problems. If you are living a healty restful life, then you shouldn't be so tired...you could be REALLY SICK!!!!

Try taking some basic Iron OTC pills, take one a day if you are anemic at all it will help! Also try a multivitamin.
