A good question, which has often kept me wide awake at night. I've always assumed it's a way of bitching about another girl - ie what would she look like if ((something))) (((nasty) happened to her - that said - I don't know what a chimney is - but she is threatening to give her one. I don't know - a slap, something like that! Handbags at dawn!

You are being asked to use your imagination and hypothesise what this individual would resemble if a hulking great chimney did a Fred Dibnah all over her bootay. Personally I suspect it would sting a little.

It's part of a quote. I'm sorry to be so vague but I can't remember what film/TV programme/book/whatever it was, but someone was talking about dropping a house on her rival. Might give you something to go on.
