My mom got a divorce due to my dad being charged with Sexual Molestation and abuse. He got 20 years. That was 6 years ago. I don't want to have anything to do with him but she is forceing him on me and she wants to get back with him. I love my mom to death but i can't live with someone who is treating me like this. I will be 16 in November. I want to move in with my uncle because he has been my father figure and he takes really good care of me! Can i legally move in with him??

No you are not legal until you have reached 18 yrs old..you will be listed as a run away under the law and right now you do not want to start something that would be foolish,,,sureilll

You could have the relative contact an attorney on your behalf. If there is a legitimate reason the courts could appoint an attorney for you at no cost.

A legitimate reason would not be just because your not getting your way.

You could talk to your parent and discuss why you want to move and maybe your parent will let you. Maybe not.

in our country the age to attain Majority (not a minor) is 18...check the same in ur country...but if you are still a minor Probably can't...but why do you want to move out...if you can explain the problem probably you can get better solutions
