Ghettopoly is a real game and was considered either racist or social commentary on the rich/elite landlord board game Monopoly. The producers of the game were sued by Hasbro, were defaulted (a penalty at law which is imposed for failure to answer or produce information in a law suit) and forced to pay money and stop selling the game.
I checked EBay and see that they are selling only information on how to buy the game. If you can't find this kind of kitsch on EBay, that means your probably out of luck and it has gone underground.
If you're so inclined, you can still get it overseas. For instance, you can buy it from Amazon in the UK, though it costs an arm and a leg when converted to U.S. dollars. See link below.

they stopped selling it because it has things that they think kids will carry on to school and do lude acts of violence
