I just had a right inguinal hernia repair and have noticed that my testicles are larger than before. Normal?

They may be swollen from the recent surgical activity. I suggest you speak to your surgeon or the doctor designated for aftercare, though, as this can be the sign of a complication. You really should have it checked out.

They might be swollen from inflammation in the area. Ibuprofen will reduce swelling and inflammation.
