It is quite a distsnce away, but the Islands of Tonga are a great place for soluitude. You can stay on one of the bigger islands, but go and spend time on some of the small surrounding uninhabited ones. There is not much better than sitting under one of the trees with a good book and a totally deserted island beach.
If ever you get there, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

If you have a desert island fantasy, head to Langkawi in Malaysia. The whole area is dotted with idyllic deserted islands, and you can go on a daytrip where you get dropped off with a wonderful picnic and spend the day there in total isolation.
Alternative, there's a wonderful little island just off Damai in Sarawak, Borneo - Sepang, I think it's called. I used to go on daytrips there when I was younger and we'd take crates of soft drinks, loads of ice, food and a stereo and just spend the day just chilling - lying on the beach, swimming in the sea. The Holiday Inn there will organise it for you - it's a great way to spend the day!

The bahamas has hundreds of islands. Many are deserted. Look into the Bahamian government's board of tourism. You may be able to camp out on one.

Just calm down. Slow down a little and take things slower. If things get worse, then trie to narrow things down. Just have fun, life is too short for stressing and worrying.
