It is how mostly third world countries care for their live stock. It's like home remedies passed down for generations. Now there are studies to see if these practices may be better as a good as what most consider regular medicine. I also believe in trying natural products first. I am proving to links the first is a site explaining ethnoveterinary medicine better and the second is a site where you can buy natural products to care for animals.
