There is no easy way, you just have to tell him. If he loves you he'll be hurt, but if you don't love him, he deserves to have a girlfriend that does. Just don't be nasty about it.

Its better that you talk to him now so he knows dont lead him on or say it and not mean it. Leading him one could cause a bad situation. If you care for him tell him to slow things down a little you have been down that road before and things didnt go well.He should understand.

I really care about you but I am not in love with you. Maybe we should just be friends.
It's the right thing to do if you care about the other person. Let them move on and stop wasting their time.

Be honest but nice... Don't be a beotch when you tell him... "people are crazy now a days...) just be up front with him and tell him you don't think it's gonna work out... tell him you are not really feeling him now and that you think you should part ways until you figure out what's going on with you.... (if anything at all...)

He's your boyfriend already, so you at least like him a lot. If he is asking you, Do you love me?, then be honest and say you're like him so much but don't know if you're at they same place he is. If your feelings for him are strong, then you'll be okay, but if you already see you're on two different levels, then break up before you break his heart later.

Deal with him like a parent deals with an unruly child--gently, but *firmly*. Do not sway, do not lie to him or yourself. Being honest requires a lot of strength of character, integrity, and sacrifice of coming across as 'nice', but do you want to be 'nice', or true to yourself and the world around you?

You just have to come out and say it. There will be no easy way to do it. The worst thing you could do is string him along just because you don't know how to tell him.

Just say it and end the relationship. You will feel so much better once it's over. I had to do this with my husband. It took 2 years to say it and I put both of us through hell. But once I said it, we were both able to move on. He was sad but he got over the grief. I was scared but I got over the guilt.

Just be honest with him. I was in the same situation at one time and I found that the deeper you let him get in love with you the worse you make it fo yourself and him. Just let him know that he is not what you need and you need time to get to know you b4 you commit to anyone
