Dunk them upside down in a bath of warm water and mild detergent. Hang them upside down to dry. They will come out beautiful!

alternatively pop them upside down in a paper bag. Tiip some salt into the bag. tie the bag up and shake. The salt removes the dust from the silk flowers and you dont have to worry about drying them etc. Just have to shake the excess salt off.

Try fixing a piece of an old pair of tights around the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner(you may need to reduce suction a bit) and supporting the flowers whilst vacuuming them one by one.
Alternatively try one of those small vacuum cleaners use for keyboards. Otherwise, I can only suggest a fine paint brush and patience.

I've used the canned air that I use to clean my computer keyboard. It does blow the dust around a bit, so be sure to do it someplace where you don't care about flying dust!

I've heard that putting them in a paper bag with some rice and shaking the bag works. I haven't tried it, but sounds like it will work.
