If that were the case, there would be very high chance of a female getting pregnant by me, because I have three testicles.
I will look at the other answers you get, so that I can know what happens when the guy has only one testicle.

I think you'll be fine! My mom was 39 and got pregnant in 3 months of trying with my step dad (he was 46) and he only has one testicle. My sister is now a 7 year old beautiful girl! All you can do is try! Good Luck to you!

My husband and I had no trouble getting pregnant with him having only one testicle. Yes, having one testicle could result in a lower sperm, but you can still get pregnant.

No. Sperm is still produced even if only one testicle is there. Your chances of getting pregnant are as good if your partner had two testicles. Even though the sperm count is slightly smaller it is still there.

I don't think so if there is it is not by much! Heck my friend only has one and he has 4 kids at 25.

uh maybe...... more than likely yes, because a male produces over 3000 "little soldiers" in one hour, so if theres only one testicle than yea your chances are only 1500 little soldiers.... i guess
