I have a friend, who happens to be in the exotic entertainment business, that said that hairspray works best if you don't want to wear garters. Start putting on your stockings up to the knee, then spray some hairspray around the upper thigh and finish putting the stocking up. She says it works perfectly!

I usually use a garter belt with the thigh highs, even though they have elastic cuffs. Put the belt on under your underwear, so it doens't pose a hassle when you use the bathroom. If you find the thigh highs are rolling, try adjusting your size up.

I've heard to have your legs slightly damp where the elastic top goes (when you put them on), and it'll stick better, but if they're rolling down bad, you probably need a larger size. If they're just sagging, the moisture should do it.

First coat your legs with a skin moisturizer before putting on your nylons. Then get a nice garter belt or corset with suspenders to hold them up. Try here: http://www.dimout.com

Double sided tape. Cut the thick band from the top an use clear double sided tape.

how about trying that double-sided sticky tape that women use to keep their boobs from popping out of a really low-cut dress? There may be another name for it, but I don't know it
