Wooden Floor Quilting frame that comes apart to fit under a bed but when together it holds a king size quilt.?

Question

When set up this frame will be over 100" on each side but will adjust to any size and breaks down into several pieces of wood that are on big nuts and bolts. I found it when I searched several weeks ago but can't find it now. It retails for under $300 and can be ordered direct from the company. Thanks.

I'm not sure which frame you are talking about, but I bought myself a Grace Frame a few months back. I also did a lot of research. It wasn't that expensive and it folds, I'm not sure if it would fit under a bed or not, and it's for machine quilting, not hand quilting. I don't know which kind you're looking for. However, I LOVE mine. It's very sturdy. One word of caution, make sure you have someone who can put it together because it came in a hundred pieces, my handy hubby put it together in a day. Like I said, it's rock solid and works fantastic!

My frame holds up to 82 inch wide quilts.Got it at Sears;about 30 years ago.It tilts;so you can work at different angles,but it doesn't fold-many pieces can be kept together,when not in use.Oh got it through Sears but was actually made in Quebec.My husband had made two extender rails ;to do larger quilts.I would think your local lumber yard could help with that.
