Running away from the fact is so much easier to face it, so you invented god, god can comfort you, no doubt, but to live the true yourself, you have to look back in your memories and find the reasons, and solve it.

If God is a placebo, then ignorance is bliss... enjoy.
If the past alone was the "problem" then it would be relatively easy to resolve. It is the misinterpretation by ones MIND that is the problem, and this is fully unknown... and that is the "problem" that requires the special training of the therapist that therapists today do not receive.
