Yeah, u wish. After all, aren't New Yorkers always labeled as 'loud, 'rude', 'hoity-toity', etc.? What's the deal with all the animosity against NY, anyway? Don't blame NY for being worth-mentioning. Blame the media. Oh yeah, baseball in NY might be over but that doesn't mean they'll stop talkin' about it. Plus, they'll talk about NY football teams, NY hockey teams, NY b-ball teams, well u name it. So, sucks for u!!
p.s. 'YUK' is actually spelled 'YUCK'. Just thought u might wanna know this.

Some clown for the past week (Vertical followed by some #'s) has been spouting off about how the Mets have an awesome lineup and how they would role up the Tigers.
OOOOOOOOOOPPPPPPPSSSSSSSS!!!!
Shouldn't a team's best hitter not strike out on three pitches, with the third one he didn't even swing at. Did I mention that Adam Wainwright is their closer? Good luck, you'll need it
Congrats to the Cards and it's just too bad that your best pitcher in Carpenter got shelled by the Tigers back on June 23rd with 7 runs in 7 innings. However, Pujols did hit a monster HR in the 9th.
I'm so glad that game on 6/23 was one of the 3 games I've been to this season at Comerica

I was hoping the Mets would win-- just so the Tigers could have the pleaseure of eliminating TWO New York teams in one year. Damn; oh well. Glad the Yankees lost.
BTW-- Did you hear the new national symbol for choking is the NY Yankees logo??

i'm not a cards or tigers fan normally but i do congratulate both teams for making to the series. I'll probably pull for the tigers tho cause i know that when the season started they started off not to good but Leyland must have had a talk with them cause look how the season ended up for them. I think he will be A.L manager of the year.

Little known fact: after the Mets loss last night SportsCenter still devoted the entire show to talking about the New York Yankees.

you obviously aren't from NY and if you live there now you hate it and weren't born here. In case you don't know the Mets haven;t been doing to well the past couple years and this was a BIG deal for them its not like there the YANKEES, and the fact that they made it past the YANKEES is a even BIGGER deal. so many you should get some knowledge on sports before you speak

Not gonna happen. As soon as the NLCS game was over, ESPN was talking about Tiki Barbour. Now we will hear about the Giants and Jets to the exclusion of the Bears, Saints, Broncos, well you get it.
