She has been a great friend and I love her lots. She has had a few hard years lately and I just want to make her 21st special!!! ut lack of money get sin the way!!!

Just spend the day with her. Two cook a wonderful meal and eat and then go to a movie. Go visit some place she really like and at night go have a good dinner in a nice restaurant. Have a nice chat.
It doesn't matter how you celebrate it or how expensively you celebrate it. The important thing is that she knows that she has a friend who cares about her and loves her. Then after all that give her a gift like a perfume.
Write something on it like, "I'm the luckiest person in the world to get a friend like you".
Its nice of you to care so much about your friend. I wish I had a friend like you.

well, if you want to go to a local bar or club...just call around. they always have specials, especially for women. like sink or swim or all you can drink for $10...etc. if youre not drinkers, just go out dancing or even have a night in renting movies and eating tons of ice cream or make cookies :) have fun!

stay in the houses and have a few drinks and a small party with friends and play fun games ie like strip poker, spin the bottle or troth or dare

bring her to her favorite beach, garden or so....
invite guests whom you know that she will loves to meet...
have a simple celebration for her... a tea party or picnic or ....
if you know the guests, get 1/2 to help buy food and decorate. the other 1/2 to buy gifts for her. i'm sure she will enjoy the friends, the food and the gifts. hope this helps...

go out for drinks to a bar, make her a card, cook her a meal for her b-day, as for prezzies, even though ur strapped for cash, mibbie a nice reasonably priced piece of jewellery, if not then perfume?
