I've been told my lips are flat. :( And I admitt they aren't very "pout-y" Any suggestions on cosmetics to make them look kissable?

Now this is going to sound kinda funny but here is my little list of how to make my lips a little more plump (It really works too)
1. Try brushing your lips GENTLY with a toothbrush
2. When you put on lip gloss put extra on the bottom middle of your lip and the top middle. (This will give your lips a fuller effect.
3. Outline your lips with a nude lip liner, then put lip gloss on.
4. Try Sally Hansens thin lip collagen boost. Now this does not exactly plump your lips but it gives your lips a fuller look (Especially when you Put lip gloss over it).

1. Use a neutral-colored lipliner.
2. Apply your favorite lipstick.
3. Take a shiny cream-colored lip gloss and apply a horizontal line on your bottom lip in the center and a vertical line on your top lip in the center.
Works like a charm. Angelina lips in no time.

There's a lot of lip glosses you can get that make your lips look a lot plumper; however when I try them they make my lips feel numb and weird. You can also just try a color that compliments your face and brings your lips out more. Also a not-so-dark lip liner might help you out!

There are several options, such as botox injections or special lip glosses containing cinnamon or another agent that will sting for a bit .. but they WILL be bigger temporarily. There are other lip ointments and balms with collagen and elastin that will help strengthen too.

get a lip plumping gloss they're like 20 dollars but they do work, they sell them at Victoria Secret and Bath and Body Works.

Beb sting am not trying to be funny there is a gloss thing called bee sting and it really works
might not be available ion all states
look for it
oh and am not 100% sure on the name so also look that up carefully.

Apply lipliner just above your natural lip line. Fill your lips with a darker color (that helps them stand out). Also use lip gloss (that gives them a look of plumpiness).

buy a brown lip liner if you use any kind of stick foundation, blot a little bit on, smooth it over your lips....then take the liner and lightly trace the outside of your lips (focus on the top and bottom more than the sides)...finish off with lip gloss...if your lips look too white, add a little more liner for color.

I use a lip plumper. They have them for sale at most major department stores, just ask for lip plumpers. They have this special chemical which PLUMPS the lips instantly. REALLY! It works.
