I have mild MVP(mitral valve prolapse). how often should I get an echo done.

At least once a year for sure. I would suggest you ask your Doctor this question because only your Doctor knows the frequentcy with which an echo should be ordered for you

Talk to the Doc and sse what he/she says.

It depends on how bad it is. Usually as long as they've got it under control then it's usually once a year. Some doctors do more or less time, it's up to them and your condition.
