2nd; Without a balance of power between the government and the citizenry then all of the rest of the constitutional rights are merely perks being handed out by politicians like candy to good children 1st You must be able to speak your mind and express your views; even right wing views, even talk radio, even supporting your favorite candidate. Without freedom expression there is no freedom 5th The CITIZENS of our country must have the right to due process; this does not include illegal aliens and enemies of war. Frag you have worthy goals but they are not constitutional amendments.
