right click over the text you want to copy, you will have the option of select all, if not you can left click at the beginning of where you want to copy, hold the left click down while you drag it over the text you want to copy, then when it is all highlighted blue, right click and select "copy" go to where you want to "paste" the information, right click, and select paste....OR you can highlight it by left clicking as I described before and then hold down the Control button and press the "C" key at the same time and then go to were you want it pasted left click to position the cursor then press and hold the Control button and then press the "V" button at the same time...

From your question, I'm understanding that the profile information sheet is part of the email itself and not an attachment. If the profile sheet is an attachment, you could right click on it and select "save as" to save it to your computer.

If its part of the email text itself, highlight everything you want to copy. You can right click and select "copy", then go to the document where you want to put it and right click and select "paste". You can also use the keyboard shortcuts for copy and past. Highlight everything you want to copy, then hold the control "CTRL" key down at the same time you hit "c" for copy and "v" for paste.

Scroll over what you want to paste and click the right button the mouse. A menu will appear. Select Copy. Then go to the place where you want to paste the profile and click the right mouse button again. This time, select Paste.'
Done.

You're not the only one. I've been using computers at work for the past 5 years and I still don't know how! It's only by chance when I mess around with it that I'm able to do it

It seems such as you are attempting to stick a report ON yet another report....you are able to no longer try this! you are able to save a report with a similar call and which will overwrite the unique report, yet you are able to no longer paste something on it. what variety of report are you conversing approximately..which will help with a answer.
