Boobs don't 'grow' after puberty, but because they're made up mainly of fat, if you lose or gain weight in any quantity then the size of your breasts will also change. They also get a little bit bigger (and quite sore) during pregnancy and your period. It's also normal to have one bigger than the other. However, the fact that you have one breast which is bigger and also painful would make me suggest that you go and see a doctor - you might have a little infection in a duct (I get them all the time) which might need antibiotics to clear up. This is only a possibility - you're probably right as rain, but just get it checked out anyway.

Spose it could be. You may not have stopped growing yet.
One is always bigger than the other with 99% of women. Men have fun trying to work out which one is bigger.. hence the attention we pay to them all the time.

Yes. I went from an A to a B during my early 20's, my feet grew half a size too. After my son, I'm back to a small A

Yes, some girls develop later than others. I remember girls in my school who started getting them in grade six (age 11), and others (like myself) didn't develop until 17 or 18. If you haven't had a physical yet by now, you should've anyway. The doc can tell you if anything's wrong.

sometimes your breast will become sore or tender during your cycle or during your ovulation.
you could also have a condition called Fibrocystic Breast Disease, I have included a link below.
Watch the caffine. Check with you Md if it becomes bothersome.
And for sure if a woman gains weight throughout her adult life--breasts are made up of fat...and they do get larger as you become larger sometimes.
